Baltimore County Maryland has a total of four different courthouses throughout the county. There are three district court houses located in Catonsville, Towson, and Essex Maryland. The Circuit Court building is located in Towson Maryland at 401 Bosley Avenue Towson Maryland 21204.

To contact the Baltimore County Circuit Court call 410-887-2139. The Baltimore County Circuit Court generally hears felony criminal cases as well as civil cases, family law cases, juvenile law cases and jury trials.

When traveling on 695 exit 35 on to Pulaski Highway. Head East on Pulaski Highway for about 1 mile and turn right on Martin Boulevard, the court is located at the intersection of Kelso Drive and Martin Boulevard.

There is ample free parking in the front of the district court building as well as behind the building. The Essex District Court has a total of three different courtrooms and there’s also a parole and probation office located within the building.

Towson District Court

The Towson District Court is located at 120 East Chesapeake Avenue Towson, Maryland 21286. You can contact the Towson district court at 410-512-2000. While traveling on the Beltway exit from Interstate 695 onto York Road head through the circle in downtown Towson and turn left onto Chesapeake Avenue. There is parking on the street as well as a parking garage located 1/2 mile from the district court, the interest interest is on Chesapeake Avenue. The Towson district court has a total of six courtrooms, for court rooms located on the first floor along with the Clerk’s Office as well as two cute rooms on the second floor. There is also a Commissioner’s Office located in the basement of the Towson district court and it is open 24 hours a day.
