The MVA consequences apply if you are licensed to drive in the State of Maryland.  If you are not licensed in Maryland it may affect you if you have to drive in Maryland after the DUI or DWI arrest.  If you are licensed in another state than Maryland, you should contact a DUI & DWI defense lawyer in your licensed state to determine if there are any consequences for the DUI or DWI arrest in Maryland.

If you are licensed in Maryland, you options depend on if you took the breath of blood test and if you did take the breath of blood test, what was the result of the test.  Contact our office as soon after the arrest to review your decisions and possible options as it pertains to the Maryland MVA consequences.
