If you have been ordered by the Court in Baltimore County to participate in the MADD Victim Impact Panel, find information on the panel below:
Your Probation Officer Must Pre-Register you. You may also receive a date once you leave Court, but if you did not then you should check with your probation officer or through the Drinking Drivng Monitoring Program in Baltimore County.
DATE: The MADD Victim Impact Panel is held on the Third Friday of every month except December.

Registration begins at 7:00 p.m. As an attorney that represents hundreds of clients in Baltimore County for DUI and DWI charges, a piece of advice would be to arrive early for the panel. Get there at 6:30. If you are late you will not be accepted and you will be in violation of your probation through the Court.
$35 money order made payable to MADD Maryland.
You must bring your paperwork to the panel that you received from the Court of your probation officer. There are no walk-ins and you must be assigned to attend the meeting by the Court or monitor/probation officer for the specific date you are to appear.
