Have you been arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Driving While Impaired (DWI), or drunk driving in Maryland?
If the police officer suspect you have alcohol in your system while driving, that officer will require that you submit to a breath or blood test. Before they can administer that test, they will and have to read to you or ask that you read a DR-15 form. Just in case you forgot what you read after your DUI or DWI stop, we have a copy of the DR-15 for your review. It describes the administrative penalties for certain breath or blood alcohol content as well as a refusal to take the blood or breath test.
