About Austin E. Cohen

Before joining our firm, Austin E. Cohen’s practice focused on litigation at both the District and Circuit Court levels throughout Maryland. As a prosecutor for the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, Austin represented victims, investigated crimes, negotiated with other attorneys, and ensured justice was rightly served. Austin also previously worked as a defense attorney in private practice and for the Office of the Public Defender, zealously advocating for clients in court. Austin’s trial experience in front of judges and juries is invaluable.

Austin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was a member of the Law Review. While in law school, he worked as a student attorney for a reputable firm representing clients involved in general civil litigation, contractual and business disputes.

Austin is a passionate and fierce trial attorney, committed in his pursuit of justice for his clients. To that end, he is also compassionate. Austin understands that his clients often are in their most vulnerable positions and in the greatest need for an advocate on their behalf.
